G!RO has opened applications for the role of Cafe Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated and passionate about furthering the growth & success of G!RO. Initially in Esher, with a view to add locations. G!RO is uniquely placed as an independent coffee shop & hub here in Esher.

We are looking for an experienced individual who excells at working as part of Cafe Team, & passionately strive to see serve our customers to the very best standard. We believe this to be a golden opportunity to join the G!RO Crew that loves what they do!

The job by nature is extremely demanding, but extremely rewarding at the same time seeing the community gather around and support G!RO.

Experience:

- 1 - 2 years in a similar role

- Speciality coffee trained preferred

Hours:

-Full Time Contract. 40 Hours per week, Weekend included.

Responsibilities:

-Cafe Barista, serving & preparation of coffees & hot drinks to a high standard.

-Supervision of the staff and customer experience, making sure that the service is up to standard and staff are exceeding expectations. delegating tasks where necessary

-Communicating clearly with management, setting goals, and understanding the actions that make them achievable.

-Align yourself with G!RO’s vision & brand identity and feel genuine ownership of the bigger goal for G!RO

Contract length: Full Time - 6 months minimum
